Assistant Public Defender responsible for representing men women and children in misdemeanor, felony, juvenile and capital cases from arrest through trial and, if necessary on appeal to the appellate courts of Florida and the United States.

Cases and Courts
We practice in every municipal, state, superior, juvenile, and appellate court of Georgia and Florida as well as the Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court. We have taken to trial, representing clients in every sort of criminal matter: From traffic and DUI to drug misdemeanors and felonies, assault and battery cases, and capital felonies, including death penalty cases. No charge is too serious for us to handle, nor is it too small. We excel at securing the best possible result for our clients through our experience and our knowledge of the court system and personnel.
