Your first, in-person consultation is totally free. There is no charge or time limit.
The point of this is for you to get to know me a little bit, me to get to know you a little bit, and to talk about your case, and your goals for successful resolution of your case.
We will also discuss the fees for this firm's handling of your case.
This fee depends on a few factors. The type of case, the amount of work necessary to successfully resolve the case, and the complexity -- all factor into the fee. Generally speaking felonies are more expensive than misdemeanors and trials are more expensive than resolutions without a trial.
